    I think you’ve got things about face here.

    why take the risk of buying at .495 to maybe make half a cent? No point at all in buying at .50 just to vote yes at .50, you’ll lose money after brokerage.

    Holders planning to vote yes are the ones likely to sell at .495-.50 in case the vote doesn’t get up.
