I have voted "Against" the scheme under several entities I hold shares in.

I have my seat at the table, I hold good cards, I have seen their bid and I've raised it.

I'm now waiting for them to call and increase the pot, or waiting for another player to raise again and up the stakes.

I'm very comfortable to take the gamble of a failed vote as I don't see IGO walking away from the deal at 50 cents.

Holders need to do management's job for them - which is to extract maximum value for our shares.

Unfortunately our board has done a lousy job of doing that and we must give them a helping hand with our NO votes.
