    yep, and I’m leaning towards BG’s theory - it’s Tianqi or whatever they’re called. If they’re happy to buy us at 50c but at risk of not having the scheme go through, they can just buy enough of the votes on market given it’s trading in that range and simply vote in their favour to secure the deal.
