I believe a failed T/O and the rules about waiting some time for a new bid does not include a scheme of arrangement perhaps?.
Anyway it's fun to speculate when the SP is still heading north and I am optimistic that some of the true value in Pioneer Done will be realised through this process - probably not full value but somewhere between peanuts (50 cents) and full value ($1 or so).
