    If MIN really do want this asset they may as well just stump up and be done with it.

    Why buy almost 20% just to see it go to the Chinese or some other off-take deal.

    It doesn't make sense that they would wait for too long to make a move.

    If MIN waits too long, stuff them. Let's get some DSO going and make a motza!!
