Hi RAF, I doubt if they will be offered one, usually a Board seat would be offered to companies who may have achieved a substantial stake in a friendly manner, eg agreed to take a large position as part of a capital raising. MIN didn’t achieve their stake in a friendly manner, in fact they purchased it to block a friendly scheme. So hopefully no seat will be offered.
Will MIN however try to use its voting power to get someone nominated? Some may vote along with MIN I guess and then usual voter apathy of 50% may get something over the line.
