Nope just checked SP still under 50 cents.... There really is just a lot of hot air coming from those talking massive premiums.

MIN Scuppered the deal that gave shareholders a 60ish% premium to the then trade price and now have their foot on ESS throat. Everyday goes by without a bid from MIN is just another day closer to them dropping a bid below 50 cents.
