    Hi gberra, I am not sure but I don’t think so as the FIBR talks about acquiring an interest, not just acquiring control.

    Could it have been because we didn’t have a mining lease at time of scheme, exploration tenements don’t seem to require approval. If so, now we have a mining lease would that mean they would require approval? For China investors the relevant threshold is anything above zero dollars I believe.
