Hi Nutbar, yes but it was around 35c pre offer, so the risk was that it would return to around that level if vote no and no other offers arrive. So pointing out that was a risk of voting no as part of your discussion would seem appropriate.

Re your comment, “I believe Management wanted the offer to succeed”, yes I guess given the Board recommended it in the absence of a superior offer then that would likely be the case.

Anyway, let’s hope we get over that offer price some time soon.
