They pretty much said the same thing to me.
"If the scheme gets voted down, the likelihood is the SP will drop back to pre-bid levels" is how they put it to me.

Sidenote; Engaging someone who's trying to nitpick over whether you meant 'would' or 'could' is just going to engage them to further spam the threads here.
