The only way MIN can put a foot on ESS's throat as you say is to table an offer & that's where I'm confident this will end one way or another. ESS still hold a stronger position in any negotiations with MIN. If MIN wants a place at the table in dictating the future of ESS, it needs to pay up for a place at the negotiating table
