Like you's guys, very willing to waiting.

To me, after the turn down of TLEA offer by shareholders, management said they had reopened contact with off-take contenders. About 2 weeks later, there was statement MIN had made no contact with ESS post the bid. To me this implies MIN weren't part of the short-listed offtake group by ESS.

I believe MIN has to stop the offtake agreement, ESS is pursuing offtake agreement currently for mining process and as lever to retrigger bid. MIN or anyone else doesnt have the board power/vote to control any aspect of that process.

ESS management working towards 4 months rule about takeover price for MIN I expect. Given management were willing to accept the 50c, the 57-58c purchase price by MIN at the end of the TLEA means a miniumium bid above 58c. 60c plus as a starter? The hope is TLEA, especially the IGO component of that partnership won't let go to MIN, so stategic for further lithum exploration upside, roads, power, and Kalgoorlie so I would hope they would do at least one step up bid.... nirvana for ESS shareholders.

I dont think Blugoose you will have to wait to 2024. I expect the dominoes to start falling around the 3.5 month mark.

End of July at the latest is my prediction? But I have been wrong lots with TO,

Worst case scenario, no one bids, ESS is stuck with a $1B resource to send to China.
