My Marion is a JV between MinRes and Ganfeng. I’m still hoping MIN mounts a takeover but presumably it would be simpler if it’s a joint TO by Min and Ganfeng in keeping with the Marion JV. Maybe this has complicated negotiations hence taking a bit longer. That’s my hope anyway. If they did want to mount a TO I imagine it would be before any further exploration results or before an off take agreement is made with other parties. Any Exploration success would increase the price of ESS but it would also make it more valuable so maybe any potential bidder is happy either way. GLTAHs
