    Problem was to many had no idea on how to interpret the SS and completely discounted the massive dilution required to get to production.

    50c was disappointing but based on the Li market and no other interested parties it needed to be put to holders. Shame so many got conned by MIN taking a blocking stake.

    MINs failure to make a bid has cost ESS holders dearly. Will MIN just continue with their foot on ESS throat or will they make a bid?
