The report was clearly not independent and gave a valuation of around the bid price - by design.
Anyone can see the assumptions used in the valuation were grossly conservative and not reflective of the future average market assumptions- again by design.
Obviously someone with lots of cash has their own valuation ideas and don't place much weight on the "independent" report!!
