General Discussion, page-895

I have a genuine question for those smarter than me as i'm still learning about investing in mining. At what stage of the company's development can we expect to see an offtake agreement? Do we need to have the mining licence in place and an updated MRE first or can we sign one before hand. I know this is not the only catalyst for moving the share price but a lot of attention seems to be put on it.
