Coincidentally, this is also my fair value for FNT. However, this is primarily based on the potential value of Tolukuma.
I would suggest that on Friday, investors commenced the task of significantly rerating the value of FNT, based on the true potential value of Tolukuma, as well as the true potential value of FNT’s two highly prospective Gascoyne Rare Earth prospects.
Depending on how good the news is about both of these projects over the next few weeks, I expect the FNT SP to reach 6 cents fairly quickly, with 12 cents being a distinct possibility before the middle of this year.
