Jealous right? You wanted to be part of management but management took Densamer and now he isn’t answering your calls (maybe) due to disclosure restrictions and you are showing your anger to him. We should be happy if he is working for kcn as he got our combined ideas in his head and together they find the best solutions. I always said to myself I will help Kcn voluntarily (if required) as they have low cash and glad Densamer working for kcn, maybe be he wanted to help too. At some point you wanted to help RSK too (you mentioned before in HC), he may have listen to you but when you became greedy and wanted more RSK may have seen darkness in you and stop listening to you.
A question- Does kcn need to disclose every single financing offers they received from different financier?
I think they need to inform shareholders once they accepted the offers.
It will be wiser to take an offer from thai central bank or any other bank with the help of the government. Loan+IPO will make them exposure to the mine and they will think twice before closing the mine again which is no longer 100% Australian company.
