if interest rate and risk goes like together and looking at our business there are a few points to consider regadring "the risk" for the funder to give us the loan we need.

the business of those financier/ esp. banks. Those guys got the ability to lend you money they dont owe, "money creation" and secure themselves through land register entries and contracts, i.e. through real values. so looking on our "secures" think we should have pretty good cards.

- securities in from of land/ leases etc.
- several ounces of gold/ silver
- the pant/ machinery etc.
- no further debts

e.g. commercial banks are allowed to lend out several times their deposits as loans. In return, they only have to deposit a minimum reserve at the central bank. e.g. In the euro area, this is currently only 1% of the loan amount extended."

So that means for the bank --> e.g. I lend you 10,000 and only have 100 in my balance sheet, "that's how business and money creation works" and i secure my self with register entries and would also like interest for it --> "simply a perverse business" this is how our system works
