Mr. Suriya is the most important minister in this final round of talk because he oversee the Board of Investment and we all know it will all come down to these amicable solutions for Both KCN and Thailand if BOI previleges are granted. A typical zero income tax and import exemption for 8 years will be enough to sent KCN to the moon and for Thailand to build a new end to end gold industry.
in most cultures especially for Thais , when the big bosses meet up following rounds of negotiation, you can imagine fireworks or gun blazing. Pick one but IMO it will be material enough for KCN to halt trading any time soon.
