Thinking outside the box, the liquidator convinced a German court of the Arbital award’s enforceability and they seized the plane on the Frankfurt tarmac. Caused massive embarrassment to Thailand, international attention and the plane was released once the Thai Government paid the €38m owing. I think they have learned their lesson. Google it for some light reading.
