In terms of kcn yes there is a chance they might do CR (I don’t know the future) or delay by thai government (less likely). So you might lose some money but not all of it.
Bright side -
They Sell NE/ organise project facility loan (CR option gone or they might buy some shares off from market)
Thai settled this month then we have a profitable mine with 15 years life on it (currently approved) and opportunity to grow another 40 years with double the production.
As you long term holders I don’t mind what manipulator does because I do get benefits from them. My next buy will be in January
