It looks like our "NE" project is located in an interesting area

So Lithium mining requires "some water" so i dont think this region has major issues with it otherwise codelco wouldnt start explorations.
So it says at KCN (https://www.kingsgate.com.au/nueva-esperanza-overview/): THE NUEVA ESPERANZA OR “NEW HOPE” PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE MARICUNGA GOLD BELT OF THE ATACAMA REGION OF NORTHERN CHILE, 140 KM NORTH-EAST OF THE CITY OF COPIAPO, A REGIONAL MINING CENTRE.
So this Lithium and codelco exploration are pretty near to us = THE MARICUNGA BELT
So who knows what else we KCN might find there in that "MARICUNGA BELT" --> "some lithium" on top of the gold and silver we have already found.... So lithium is at ATH
Or those codelco guys may have an eye on our "NE" aswell, as they start exploration in this region
