All ducks have to be in a row before approval/start of production. This includes all BOI incentives.
My reading between the lines is that there will be a royalty holiday, investment in green energy as part of Plant #1 refurb and other incentives for mineral exploration. All in lieu of a payout, and all to show as a win-win.
I think the market cap looks crazy low for the assets that we hold, so still topping up and not concerned about the delays.
I am building a dividend monster and just annoyed with the delay for pushing the dividend payments further into the future.
