Post election, KCN loses its leverage over the generals for a settlement.
A civilian govt may be content to call in the TAFTA award and let the generals bear the ignominy.
A junta govt, on the other hand could continue stringing KCN along for the next five years.
SPP failure or lukewarm response could mean no Plant#1 and calling in of TAFTA by KCN
Its this week or never for KCN.
