Never trust what ppl post on forums
Management did always have cap raising as a funding option. I think Thai govt should have given interest free loan to restart so no cap raising but it could have been worse. At least they did it at a reasonable price not an all time low like some many companies seem to do. They didnt issue 10's of millions of free options to a funder which is a plus for long term price growth. Other funny thing is they brought back shares when they where lower and effective resold them at the cap raising for a higher price, haven't seen that happen much.
Im not saying manage is amazing but avoiding cheap large capital raisings earlier is a big plus in my book, helps when the boss has lots of shares.
