I believe investors might be spooked by the constant delays at every step of the process, especially when the company is not transparent about the process. Why were the delays on the ore processing side not disclosed for example?
NE sale also looking increasingly bleak (might or might not have been priced in but I seem to recall management were being quite sanguine about the prospects of a sale towards the end of last year)
