Appears to be the overhang of the 31M hastily executed placement.
SPP showed the market had an appetite for 5-6M.
No substantial shareholder announcement post-placement.
Looks like 31M was sold to speculators with no real knowledge or commitment to KCN.
Perhaps purchased on margin.
The big established players in KCN have smelt blood in the water and are moving in for the kill.
