Firstly, read this again.
"Under the Corporations Act, KCN may buy back up to 10% of the issued capital in any 12-month period without shareholder approval."
Secondly, the vote was for a 50% buy-back and that was in case of a settlement and an efficient return of capital to shareholders. We are no where near to purchasing back 50% of the stock or even more than 10% this financial year.
Sure, they should put a 50% buy back on the vote evry year for optionality, but, I was talking about a loan NOW and a buy-back NOW.
This would be great management. It is not happening and so is a problem.
