How do you know that the Thai loan was part of the settlement?
I would also like to see a buyback. I think that it wouldn't need to be a large buy back as long as it is regular and constant. There is a lot of sense in buying up the shares when they are cheap. In a few months time the company will be mining the Quartz lease with 2 plants and there will be plenty of cash flow. Alternatively the board could purchase more shares if they are allowed.
