This is a super easy calculation which clearly can not include 10's of millions of refurbishments. We are not even mining. Literally moving dirt with one dozer. Further, there is guidance that the company has put out. It is all there for everyone to see. See the Cap Raise presentation. I am not sure why you are waiting for an announcement from the company. You might be very disappointed.
To answer your question more broadly, we need that USD35m bank loan as a buffer. Everything else will take care of itself. Waiting till we are $2.5 for a buyback will be a mistake worth tens of millions of dollars.
