This coalition is about as confidence-inducing as the last. We have to wait and see what eventuates. It's still very unknown: eg. if army parties still wanting in, or protests.
But another thing: the king kicked 4 of his sons out of Thailand 30 years ago after fighting with the mother (it would be illegal for the media to talk about them). On Sunday, 1 of the sons returned to Thailand after becoming successful in his own capacity (US lawyer). It's an unknown for now: he could be used in an attempt to rehabilitate the royal image, becoming first in line to the throne in place of the autistic son, or he could even do something like working with a political party.
