RSK has not been passive with them in expressing his displeasure at any stage of the negotiations. My colleague suggested that they had insto interest in excess of $100m in recent placement. They also have to play the cards close to their chests in regards to sensitive issues but you will generally get an indication of their thinking if you ask the right questions.
2024 is a more realistic timeframe for holders than after a delayed and a staged restart after years of closure.
