Unbelievable. Great framing of a reality check here. This is completely absurd that these guys can blame two years on a "political crisis" when the negotiating platform for a loan was at the time of signing. Ross has remained steadfast and headstrong about dealing with Thailand, but the lack of teeth and follow through means he is; weak OR stupid OR the claim value is much lower than we thought OR all three.
When they announce another CR, I think 90% of this board will say: 'well, at least it's done now, we can focus on mining now that we have the cash'. Really, we should try to assemble a unified front to be ready to boot the team out if they fail to secure reasonable financing without a cap raise. There is no explanation good enough to explain two years of time passing and two round of dilution when we had a bloody award in our pocket. Outrageous stuff.
