Its pretty clear from the last quarterly 5B they are haemorrhaging cash, and will need to raise again shortly…. The aim is to try and be the last money in, RED 5 and other developers did several CRs each time investors thought it was the last, but it always costs more then most think to get up and running, plus lots of set backs extra in the early stages.
Until the project is derisked, the SP will wane…
