personally I don’t think management even think about CR in this current market price unless it goes up to previous level.
secondly, they maintaining 16m cash position and let say they kept that till the end of refub plant 1 then we are looking at another 14m to get our $30m required funding but we are making money and should be easy to ask creditors to give us extra time.
October mining activities will change the outlook too.
worse case scenario, it wouldn’t be more than 10-15m new shares issues if we do another CR ( dilution is very little but up side is unlimited) and they will buy them back within 3-6months
