The share price is at $1.2 because of incompetent management who treat this company like a family run business.

They were unable to deliver a Thai bank loan which has been the cornerstone of our issues. If they had got that loan, we would currently have 221m shares and both plants running full tilt producing over 10,000 ounces a month - and paying back that loan. We would certainly be over $2.5 if that was the case.

However, we went into getting a loan with Taurus. A terrible loan. Then the company got the initial loan from the Pref shareholder and told nobody. That to me was a breach of trust. When Taurus found out they demanded that the company do a capital raise. After this, we have most recently got a loan for cash flow because Thailand is messing us around in any way it can. DPIM, PMR, etc.

Next will be delays with DPIM and the bombshell of Zurich insurance.

Do not forget that the company has refused to take calls or answer emails from shareholders and refuses to release information on November and December Gold and Silver production after explicitly doing this in previous months.

They have also failed to sell NE for 3 plus years and paid themselves bonuses out of borrowed funds while the accountants have stated there is material uncertainty regarding the share and it is not audited as a going concern.

It is completely and utterly, unacceptable.
