Based on what I saw last week they are very close but still some final bits and pieces to get done before commissioning starts. Trust me the construction teams are working their arses off in 38 degree heat to get this done and we all know they have had various hurdles to overcome especially around funding, but they are working through every challenge. When you see it up close you can appreciate the amount of work involved, just the amount of steel piping and cabling that had to be totally replaced, huge job.
Walking over Plant 2 in full production was an assume sight and seeing the weekly gold/silver pour, certainly makes you appreciate the amount of rock that needs to be moved and crushed to extract this small amount of precious metal at the end. Amazing stuff.
No doubt we'll get an official update soon but I'm still quietly confident by end of March things will be kicking into gear if not before.
