Gold price is surging US Bank regional banking failure fears popping up again.. inflation apart from January sticky services inflation looks to appear cooling..
Fed is under pressure to pivot sooner than later.. got massive commerical property debt problem about implode.. OECD average commercial building occupancy average is sitting at 50%.. there is glut of commercial property and selling at significant discount..and rental income in sufficient to sustain debt.. POG should rally further when fed pivots.
