Thanks for that.. I missed that post.. Dambaster provided a lot of good info.. So the termsheet for working capital loan was provided Bangkok Bank (And most Thai banks are owned by the military) but had to renegotiate... fascinating if Bangkok Bank just approved BOI loan, is the working capital loan not far away?
Refiner owned by Thai Royal..is licence to print money in my opinion.. vested interest to ensure Chattree produces as much gold as possible.
So a firm offer was made for NE.. ie payment in script... doing their DD to avoid past mistakes.. sooner can get NE off the books.. reduce the expense of holding it.
