Metrocat may be facilitating the equipment purchases loans and providing guarantee of repurchase ie. Sort of collateral. But by definition: Underwriting is the process through which an individual or institution takes on financial risk for a fee.
I think from webnair the long term working capital loan is still in play... Perhaps we get surprise news announcement in a week or two..??
