I don't see how we could be this far behind schedule unless the government is making long delays.
Mining announced in September? Ok, they might start with stripping waste (grade control showed some shallow ore, so there should be some easily accessible?).
But grades falling through Dec due to apparently no ore processed yet, and no news about processing mined ore until Mar?
Starting here would have some shallow and decent ore (the red lines). The great grades are down at the red circle, but that would take more mining/stripping to get down to.
