I would have thought that we owe MetroCAT the $58mil with monthly principal repayments of ~$1mil - it is a HP agreement so maybe bullet payment of $10mil at the end of the four years with the option of returning the equipment instead. I think Bangkok Bank is only guaranteeing the loan and charging us a yearly fee to do so.
