Obviously a lot of your time seems consumed with conspiracy theories and wearing a tin foil hat as it appears you are missing facts and not noticing market cap and lack of actual information that gets executed by the company.

Think about why bank had to underwrite HP and format of HP for equipment. Cat distributor and cat finance will only take on so much risk and KCN accounts IMO couldn't offer bank guarantee etc etc. That is a fact of mining startup or restart.
