Should Nucharee now fall on her own sword that she used to destroy Wayne Schiller ?
As a Director of Kingsgate she has a responsibility to act in the best interests of shareholders.
Having a childish person ego battle with Wayne Schiller, Mr On-time & Under-budget and making Kingsgate get rid of him for her own person ego and replace him with with a lesser qualified manager was clearly not in shareholders best interests.
Results are in:
- With Wayne Schiller Plant #2 on-time & under budget & shareprice $2
- Without Wayne Schiller, Plant #1 is 6 months's overdue, total kaos, excuses, shareprice destroyed -40% to $1.20
And why ?
I've herd it was a simple personality battle where Wayne was criticizing her childish behavior and reckless spending at Chatree ?
So if this is the case, Nucharee's decision based on personal emotion has proven herself to not be of sound character to be a director of Kingsgate when she hasn't acted in shareholders best interest....
The loanshark loan could have been at just 300% above Thai bank deposit rates at 8% also & saved shareholders +$400,000 a year..
Instead she chose to charge us desperate shareholders 12% to stuff maximum pain to shareholders with our interest bill + $1,200,000 a year instead...
Seems like a pattern of behavior where Nucharee's interest are 1st & shareholders 2nd...
With plant #2 +6 months overdue, responsibility is with whoever made the decision to get rid of Wayne, so if she was of sound character she would resign because of her selfish personal vendetta decision to get rid of Wayne Schiller, simply because she didn't get along with him.
I voted to get rid of her at the last AGM along with 15 million other shareholders, maybe next time more people will listen.
