Metrocat is a four year deal so you are most probably right there.
Nobody knows what is happening with Zurich or the final details of the settlement so your assumption there doesn't seem right.
My assumption is they will pay both loans off asap and then pay the required amount each month for the Metrocat contract.
Hopefully dividends will be paid starting the end of this year. Even if it is a small dividend it will attract attention to the company.
