I still think a split for NE is the right way to go but only when they have enough money to fund it properly. Give the new company $20 million and all the shares to shareholders maybe 1 share for every 4 KCN shares you hold.
It should/could be a great success and if holders don't want the shares they can sell them and allocate their money elsewhere.
If it takes a while to do it who cares. This is assuming the cashflow does come from Chatree at the 120,000 ounces or greater that they expect.
