This is gratuitous, it's irrelevant whether shareholders have experience running similar companies.
In any case, if managing this environment/company is soooo difficult, then what does it say about the investment case for KCN?
That being said, I agree that (some) people on here have to be more patient, hard to see how this doesn't trade significantly higher in the next 12-24 months (dyor obviously)
