The latest guidance is for the plant to open "shortly" (that's in the latest investor presentation, operational update and half-yearly account). I don't think they need to release anything tomorrow, except of course if the plant is ready to open or conversely if there is an unforeseen significant delay.
In any case it seems v likely the stock is already pricing in a delay from a Q1 2024 commissioning date here
