There was at one stage guidance that Plant 1 would be operational by September 2023. Then the guidance was changed to March 2024. Changing this to "shortly" is paramount to saying, we have no idea. Given that timeframes have been given in the past, I think it would be appropriate to provide an updated timeframe. Something that is robust, not what we want to hear.
